Nmbrs introduces the Business Mobility (CO2) report to help organizations meet the reporting requirements of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). This report provides a clear overview of business travel kilometers recorded through approved declarations.

Who is this relevant to?This report is designed for organizations in the Netherlands, especially companies with 100 or more employees that are required to report business travel kilometers to the RVO from July 1, 2024. Smaller organizations can also use this beta for insights into business travel kilometers. All users with access to company-level views can view this report.

What's new?

• Number of employees:Shows the number of employees of the company on the reference date.
• Total per means of transport:Provides a clear overview of total kilometers (or public transport costs) per vehicle and fuel type.
• Individual insights:Shows the total business travel contribution for each employee.
• Historical overview:Allows selection of specific years for reporting purposes.
• Export function:The overview can easily be downloaded to Excel.

Where do you find it?Search for Business Mobility (CO2) at company level under Overviews. Please note: this function must first be activated within the user template.
