TPS Group specializes in the mediation of professionals in the field of Payroll Administration. For permanent or temporary jobs. We are located in Hoofddorp and are registered in the Trade Register of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 66872154.

How long do we keep personal information?​
We do not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. This means that your personal data is kept for as long as it is necessary to achieve the goals in question. Personal data will be deleted at the request of the person concerned.

TPS Group may disclose personal data to third parties. Disclosure to third parties may occur in the following circumstances:
1. We will disclose personal data to our clients when necessary and appropriate in connection with the provision of employment services. This always after approval by the candidate.
2. We may disclose personal information to companies and individuals that we use to perform business functions and services on our behalf. These functions include hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing legal information, payroll processor or payroll organization, accounting and marketing services. At your request, we can provide you with further information about these companies/individuals.
3. To the extent necessary or appropriate, we may disclose information to government agencies, consultants, and other third parties to comply with applicable laws.

Rights with respect to your personal information​
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by TPS Group and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to admin@tps-group.nl.
To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
