With more than 7.5 years of experience in payroll and a background in various organizations, Diana decided to change course two and a half years ago. She opted for self-employment, looking for more freedom and variety. That choice quickly brought her to Tilstra Services.

A familiar start via LinkedIn

When Diana shared her availability as a freelancer on LinkedIn, she was approached by Chester Tilstra. “We already knew each other from previous collaborations. I knew how he works and had confidence in his approach.” Chester introduced her to Tilstra Services and arranged everything quickly and professionally.

I was taken through the process step by step.” In the initial phase, Diana had intensive contact with Chester, later Abel took over the contact. “Abel was always available, even outside working hours. He arranged everything regarding the assignment.”

Two years full of growth and development

Diana ended up working for the same client for more than two years. "I learned a lot, even about HR and international customers. It was an educational period with great colleagues." Although she could have extended the assignment, she consciously chose a new challenge. “After a while I wanted something different, a new environment. This was now my second client through Tilstra Services.”

The assignment started with a six-month contract, which was extended each time. “If both I and the client wanted to extend, Tilstra Services arranged this quickly and efficiently.” Diana appreciates the flexibility and input from Tilstra Services.
