As a starter in the field of Payroll Administration, you are the connecting link between our internal teams and external professionals. You ensure that payroll, invoicing and personnel administration are correct, timely and compliant. Thanks to your accuracy and proactive attitude, our customers and colleagues can count on continuity and quality.

You will work at an accessible and customer-oriented consultancy firm that supports entrepreneurs in every phase of their business. Your role

You support internal teams and external professionals, so that they can fully focus on their core tasks. Thanks to your connecting role, processes run smoothly and clearly. You check and process hours worked and changes, monitor deadlines and legislation and regulations, and actively identify bottlenecks to continuously improve processes.

What are you going to do?

  • Ensure correct, timely and compliant execution of payroll, invoicing and personnel administration processes;
  • Supporting internal teams and external professionals, so that they can fully focus on their core tasks;
  • Act as a connecting link between sales, field management, recruitment, planning and finance;
  • Checking and processing hours worked and changes;
  • Monitoring deadlines and compliance with laws and regulations;
  • Identifying bottlenecks in processes and thinking about improvements.

Your qualities

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in administration, finance or business administration;
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably in the temporary employment or secondment sector;
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented, with an eye for detail and deadlines;
  • Stress-resistant. You continue to work effectively under time pressure;
  • Analytical and proactive: you see opportunities for improvement and act on them;
  • Familiarity with administrative systems and affinity with process optimization.
