_{This is the Tilstra Traineeship}

The Tilstra Traineeship is a 12-month training and development program. You combine working in practice with learning at a higher level.

You follow hard courses such as:

• BKL;
• PDL;
• Basic HRM;
• Basic F&C.

And you work structurally on your development through:

• Buddy structures (learning from experienced colleagues);
• Micro-learnings (short, practical, directly applicable);
• Practical assignments (learning by doing in real situations).

Everything is directed and facilitated, so that you can grow maximally.

Please note: this traineeship is not without obligation. A lot is expected of you. But then you really make progress.

Self-management is not a “nice term” at Tilstra. It's a condition. You are in the driver's seat of your career and generally determine the speed of your development yourself. We offer structure, guidance and opportunities. You bring the energy, ownership and drive.

_{What are you going to do?}

You contribute to real customer and team issues within the Salary – HR – Finance triangle (with interfaces towards IT and Marketing). Consider:

• Making processes smarter, faster and better;
• Noticing signals and taking action;
• Analyze, advise and improve;
• Collaborate and communicate with customers and colleagues;
• Learning to work with AI in a responsible way (HITL).

AI is becoming increasingly common in production, analysis, planning and decision-making.

Therefore, the most important question is not: “What can we do with AI?” But: “How do we organize responsibility and behavior?”

At Tilstra we expect you to:

• critically assesses AI output (does not blindly adopt it);
• Recognizes risks (privacy, compliance, error proneness);
• Dares to say: stop — this is not right / this is not allowed / this is not certain;
• Leading by example in professional use of AI.

• An MBO-4, HBO or WO diploma;
• Preferably in the field of Salary, HR, Finance, Marketing or IT;
• You are curious, eager to learn and take responsibility;
• You are open to AI and know: humans remain ultimately responsible.
