As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team and developing strategies to attract, recruit and retain talent. You ensure an effective recruitment process that meets the needs of the organization and contributes to achieving business objectives.

What are you going to do?
- Lead, coach and develop the recruitment team to achieve optimal performance and achieve goals;
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives that meet the long-term needs of the organization;
- Identify recruitment needs and priorities in collaboration with management and other stakeholders;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, such as hiring managers, to understand and support their hiring needs;
- Developing employer branding initiatives to increase the visibility and attractiveness of the company as an employer;
- Actively seek new recruitment channels and sources to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates;
- Developing effective recruitment and selection processes, including setting up interview protocols, assessment criteria and evaluation methods;
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding;
- Analyzing recruitment statistics and data to identify trends and evaluate recruitment performance;
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support the integration of new employees and promote retention.

Who are you?
- Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial or management role;
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams;
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, techniques and tools, including experience with applicant tracking systems;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization;
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to use data to make strategic decisions;
- Customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on providing high-quality service to internal customers and candidates;
- Proactive and results-oriented work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
