Your role
Are you sharp with numbers and do you like structure? As a Payroll Consultant you are the reliable link between our customers and their payroll administration. You ensure that salaries are processed correctly, timely and efficiently, and offer expert advice at the intersection of payroll and HR. Thanks to your knowledge and involvement, our customers can count on peace of mind, overview and compliance.
What are you going to do?
- Manage payroll administration for assigned clients, including processing salary changes, time registrations, rewards and deductions;
- Ensure compliance with payroll, tax and social security laws and regulations for all customers;
- Advising clients on salary-related issues, such as employment conditions, tax returns, pensions and leave arrangements;
- Act as the first point of contact for customers for questions or problems regarding payroll administration and payroll-related matters;
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzes regarding salary data and personnel costs for clients;
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes for customers;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal payroll procedures and guidelines;
- Coordinating communication and collaboration between various internal departments, such as HR, Finance and IT, to optimize payroll processing;
- Training customers and internal employees on the use of payroll systems and processes;
- Maintaining knowledge of developments in payroll administration and legislation and regulations to advise clients on compliance and best practices.

Who are you?
- A completed MBO or HBO education in human resources, business administration, finance or a similar field;
- Demonstrable experience in payroll administration, preferably in an advisory role such as a payroll consultant;
- In-depth knowledge of payroll administration, taxes, social security and labor legislation;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to customers;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret payroll data;
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing high-quality service to customers;
- Team player with a proactive and independent work ethic;
- Familiarity with payroll systems and software, preferably experience with multiple systems.
