As an HR Officer you are the reliable link between our employees and the HR team. You ensure accurate HR administration, a smooth payroll chain and data-driven reports that help managers. Your role

As an HR Officer you are the key within the HR department. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly, correctly and compliant and you are a reliable sparring partner for employees and management. In this international working environment you combine operational HR tasks with project-based work and process improvement.

What are you going to do?

  • Management of the entire employee life cycle (recruitment to termination);
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR administration (including HR system, personnel files, contracts);
  • Advising on social and legal HR issues and compliance with laws and regulations;
  • Coordinating the payroll process and processing salary changes and mutations;
  • First point of contact for employees and managers;
  • Preparing and analyzing HR reports;
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation;
  • Participation in (international) HR projects.

Your qualities

  • Completed education in HR, Business Administration or similar;
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or administration (international experience is an advantage);
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail;
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel); knowledge of HR systems such as Workday is an advantage;
  • Flexible and able to switch quickly in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German or French is an advantage).

  • A salary depending on experience and education;
  • A fixed 13th month, holiday pay and performance-oriented bonus;
  • Flexible working options, including working from home;
  • 27 vacation days and 13 HTV days, with the option to purchase additional ones;
  • Travel allowance and work from home allowance;
  • An annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
