We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Professional who is immediately available for a challenging interim assignment within a dynamic logistics organization.‍

_{Your role}

In this role you support the HR department at operational and tactical level and you are the sparring partner for management and executives. You ensure a well-functioning HR administration, support absenteeism management in accordance with the Gatekeeper Act and set up a professional assessment form and implement it within the organization.

_{What are you going to do?}

• You support HR processes within a logistics environment.
• You supervise absenteeism files in accordance with the Gatekeeper Act and advise on reintegration.
• You develop, implement and safeguard an assessment form and assessment cycle.
• You advise management and executives on HR issues.
• You work with Nmbrs and optimize processes within the HR system where possible.

_{Your qualities}

• Demonstrable experience as an HR professional, preferably interim.
• Experience within the logistics sector or comparable dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of absenteeism, Gatekeeper Act and HR administration.
• Experience with Nmbrs as an HR/payroll system.
• A proactive, strong communicator and hands-on attitude.
