We are looking for an HR Officer combined with the Financial Employee position (32 hours per week) to strengthen the performance team. You will support HR 16 hours per week and the Finance team 16 hours per week. This dual role offers you the opportunity to fully utilize your versatility and organizational talent. In this position you work closely with the HR advisor and the Controller and you are an important link in the smooth running of both HR and financial processes.

Your role

As an HR Officer & Financial Employee (32 hours per week) you support both HR and Finance each 16 hours per week. You work closely with the HR advisor and the Controller and ensure that HR and financial processes run smoothly, correctly and efficiently.

What are you going to do?

HR tasks

  • Carrying out payroll processes in collaboration with our external payroll provider.
  • Processing changes, contract management and administrative recording in AFAS
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding.
  • Supporting recruitment and monitoring absenteeism.
  • Handling HR reports and immigration processes

Finance tasks

  • Daily processing of purchase and sales invoices.
  • Reconciling bank transactions and managing outstanding items.
  • Support with contract management, fixed assets and project administration.

Your qualities

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or comparable level.
  • Experience with AFAS and payroll administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration and knowledge of financial processes.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Organizational skills, proactive and independent.
  • Team player with an eye for detail and quality.
