_{Your role}

In this position you are responsible for the financial administration of several BVs and you support customer administrations. You work with Exact Online, Teamleader and TimeChimp. You also play an important role in preparing monthly reports for the MT, with the aim of increasingly automating these reports (including with Power BI). You work independently, but not alone. You interact with colleagues and external parties and are a permanent point of contact and buddy for a finance trainee. You help, explain, watch and together ensure quality and structure.

_{What are you going to do?}

• Taking care of financial administrations for several BVs and customers;
• Processing and checking purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions and general entries;
• Preparing monthly and annual closings;
• Preparing and checking VAT returns;
• Analyzing balance sheet and general ledger accounts;
• Preparing monthly reports for the MT;
• Participate in automating reports including: Power BI;
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of budgets;
• Collaborating with external parties (accountant, tax specialist, payroll processor);
• Guiding a finance trainee in daily activities and projects;
• Taking initiative in process improvements, automation and AI applications.

Growing within this role

This function is not static. You start with a solid foundation in administration and reporting and can grow further depending on your interest and talent.

For example, you can develop towards:

• Senior accountant / finance specialist: with more focus on analysis, MT reports, budgets and Power BI
• Finance lead / business partner: in which you become a sparring partner for the MT and play a larger role in BI, automation and AI projects
