_{What are you going to do?}

Within our Traineeship you are at the helm of your own development. In 12 months you go through three phases in which you grow in responsibility, knowledge and impact.

_{Phase 1: Task responsibility (± 4 months)}

• Getting to know the field (HR, Payroll or Finance)
• Training and onboarding at client
• Learning to work with systems and processes
• Performing simple tasks under supervision
• Start with basic training to give you a kick-start as a theoretical foundation.
• Working on 2 competencies per month
• Receive a monthly bonus based on your previously acquired work experience

_{Phase 2: Process responsibility (± 4 months)}

• Perform standard tasks independently
• Identifying errors and thinking about improvements
• Supporting colleagues with more complex files
• Completion of a desired in-depth course (such as PDL)
• Continue working on your competency development every month
• The next salary steps await you

_{Phase 3: Result responsibility (± 4 months)}

• Take ownership of processes
• Advising on standard issues for clients
• Coaching colleagues and contributing to team development
• Completion of the last competencies (total 16)
• Growing towards the next financial step
