_{Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager}

As Payroll Implementation Manager, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of Kontek Payroll Software for the Swedish market. You combine technical system knowledge with a sharp understanding of Swedish labour law and payroll regulations. You switch effortlessly between project management, stakeholder communication and substantive advice, maintaining oversight in a complex international context. You ensure that implementation trajectories run in a structured, timely and compliant manner. With your hands-on mentality and fluent Swedish language skills, you are the indispensable link in this project.

_{Your responsibilities}

In this role, you will have a broad and varied scope of responsibilities, including:

• Leading the end-to-end onboarding of clients into Kontek Payroll Software, from kick-off to go-live;
• Translating Swedish laws and regulations into correct payroll configurations within the system;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders and internal project teams throughout the onboarding process;
• Identifying risks early and actively steering to meet project objectives;
• Delivering training, documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth client transition;
• Contributing to quality assurance and aftercare following go-live to ensure a successful and lasting implementation.

_{Your qualities}

You are an experienced and proactive professional with:

• A minimum of 5 years relevant payroll experience, preferably in an implementation or project-based role;
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Kontek payroll software (required);
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish payroll processes, legislation and collective labour agreement structures;
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken;
• Experience working in an in-house and/or professional services environment;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently;
• Availability to start at short notice.
