Do you get energy from accuracy, customer contact and working in a cozy and informal working environment? In this role you ensure correct payroll processing, draw up employment contracts and handle wage and pension declarations. In addition, you are the first point of contact for customers and for questions about payroll administration and human resources, and with your PDL knowledge and eye for detail you contribute to smooth and professional services.

Your role

As a Payroll Administrator, you are the point of contact for customers when it comes to payroll administration and human resources matters. You combine accuracy with customer focus and enjoy thinking about improvements in processes and systems. You work independently, but can always fall back on fellow specialists when necessary.

What are you going to do?

In this position you will, among other things, be involved in:

  • processing salaries for various customers;
  • preparing payroll tax returns and pension returns;
  • creating and setting up new payroll administrations in the salary package;
  • answering customer questions about payroll and human resources;
  • identifying and solving bottlenecks in payroll administration;
  • drawing up employment contracts and other HR documents;
  • processing reports of illness and recovery;
  • collaborate with HR specialists and employment lawyers on more complex issues.

Your qualities

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • you have completed a relevant MBO education;
  • you have a PDL diploma (or are at an advanced stage);
  • you have several years of experience in payroll administration;
  • you have an affinity with automation and digital systems;
  • experience with Nmbrs or a comparable salary package is an advantage;
  • you work accurately, structured and customer-oriented;
  • you enjoy direct contact with customers.
