We are looking for an accurate and proactive Payroll Specialist for an international organization in the sports and lifestyle industry. In this role you work closely with HR and Finance and contribute to a smooth and reliable payroll process.

For oneinternational retail organization within the sports and lifestyle industrywe are looking for an accurate and proactivePayroll Specialist. The organization is growing rapidly and has a strong network of stores and employees in the Netherlands and internationally.

Within the head office in Amsterdam, the payroll department plays an important role in supporting employees and ensuring correct payroll administration.

_{Your role}

IfPayroll Specialistyou are responsible for the correct and timely processing of payroll administration. You work closely with HR and Finance and ensure that all salary data is processed accurately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are an important link in the payroll process and actively think about improvements and optimizations.

_{What are you going to do?}

• Processing and checking the payroll administration;
• Maintaining and processing personnel changes;
• Support with payroll reports and controls;
• Answering questions from employees about salary, deductions and declarations;
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on administrative processes;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• Identifying areas for improvement within payroll processes.

_{Your qualities}

• MBO+/HB0 working and thinking level;
• Experience in salary administration, payroll or HR administration is an advantage;
• Experience with AFAS or comparable payroll systems is a plus;
• Good command of Dutch and English;
• You work accurately, structured and have strong analytical skills;
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
