_{Your role}

As an HR Business Partner you are responsible for multiple locations in the South region. You will also participate in organizational projects aimed at culture, improvement and growth.

• Advising and supporting managers on personnel issues
• Participate in projects around various HR themes
• Building and maintaining relationships to provide proactive advice
• Initiating and implementing improvements in HR processes
• Actively contribute to strengthening core values ​​within the organization

_{Your qualities}

• A completed HBO education in HRM or similar
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory position
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect people
• A positive mindset and practical attitude
• Independence and flexibility in a mobile position
