_{Your role as Payroll Implementation Specialist}

As Polish Payroll Implementation Specialist, you are the go-to person for everything related to the implementation of Optima payroll software within the Polish market. You combine technical system knowledge with a strong understanding of local legislation and translate this into workable solutions for the organisation. You work closely with local stakeholders, internal teams and external parties to keep the implementation on track and on schedule. You bring structure, clarity and composure to a project that demands decisiveness and expertise. In doing so, you switch smoothly between hands-on execution, advisory work and project coordination.

_{Your responsibilities}

In this role, you will have a broad and varied scope of responsibilities, including:

• Leading and guiding the end-to-end implementation of Optima payroll software;
• Supporting local Polish stakeholders during system setup, testing and go-live;
• Ensuring correct payroll processing in line with Polish legislation and applicable collective agreements;
• Acting as the point of contact for both technical and substantive payroll questions;
• Identifying bottlenecks in the implementation process and actively contributing to solutions;
• Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders in both Polish and English;
• Contributing to documentation, process descriptions and knowledge transfer within the project.

_{Your qualities}

You are an experienced and proactive professional with:

• A minimum of 5 years relevant payroll experience, preferably in an implementation or project-based role;
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Optima payroll software (required);
• In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll processes, legislation and collective labour agreement structures;
• Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken;
• Experience working in an in-house and/or professional services environment;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently;
• Availability to start at short notice.
