_{Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager}

As Implementation Manager, you're the go-to person for implementing Italian payroll processes within Zucchetti. You combine in-depth knowledge of Italian labor law with strong project management skills, ensuring the project runs on schedule and stays compliant. You work closely with international stakeholders and internal teams to make the implementation a success. Thanks to your experience, you're able to quickly navigate between technical, legal, and organizational challenges. You bring structure and oversight to a complex, international project.

_{Your responsibilities}

In this role, your work includes:

• Leading the implementation of Italian payroll processes within Zucchetti Payroll Software;
• Advising on and ensuring compliance with Italian labor law and payroll regulations;
• Coordinating with international stakeholders and internal teams on project progress and approach;
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks within the implementation project and contributing to suitable solutions;
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the implementation project;
• Acting as a go-to expert for complex questions regarding Italian payroll and HR processes.

_{Your qualities}

• Senior experience as an Implementation Manager within payroll or HR implementation projects;
• In-depth knowledge of Zucchetti Payroll Software;
• Strong understanding of Italian labor law and payroll regulations;
• Fluent Italian language skills;
• Experience leading payroll or HR/payroll implementation projects;
• Immediate availability is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate between international stakeholders.
