You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in France, all from a fully remote setting.

_{Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager}

As a French Payroll Implementation Manager, you are the driving force behind a successful Silae setup within the French payroll environment. You are the main point of contact for local stakeholders and translate French laws and regulations into a working payroll setup. You combine strong system knowledge with a sharp eye for process improvement and help make sure the project is delivered on time. You work independently, tackle problems before they grow and keep a clear overview even when the pace is high. In this interim role, you make an impact straight away.

_{Your responsibilities}

In this role, your work includes:

• Leading and supporting the Silae implementation for the French payroll environment;
• Setting up payroll processes in line with French laws, regulations and local agreements;
• Acting as a key contact for local stakeholders and internal project team members;
• Spotting and solving issues during the implementation phase;
• Taking care of documentation, testing and validation of the payroll setup;
• Sharing knowledge with internal users and colleagues;
• Keeping an eye on the project timeline and quality of delivery.

_{Your qualities}

You are a driven and proactive professional with:

• Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in French payroll and/or implementation projects;
• Proven hands-on experience with Silae payroll software;
• Strong knowledge of French payroll processes, employment law and tax rules;
• Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written;
• Experience working in project-based and international settings;
• An independent and results-driven work style with the ability to switch gears quickly;
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
