_{Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager}

As the English Payroll Implementation Manager you are the driving force behind the full payroll implementation for the United Kingdom. You manage the project from start to finish, work closely with local stakeholders and make sure Staffology or any other UK native payroll software is set up correctly and compliantly. You keep the timeline on track, solve problems before they grow and make sure the team around you knows exactly what needs to happen and when. This is a role for someone who leads by example and delivers results.

_{Your responsibilities}

In this role, your work includes:

• Managing the full payroll implementation project for the UK from start to finish
• Setting up and configuring Staffology or another UK native payroll system
• Making sure all processes are in line with UK payroll laws and regulations
• Being the main point of contact for local stakeholders and internal project teams
• Spotting risks and solving problems quickly to keep the project on track
• Running tests, checks and making sure everything is properly documented
• Guiding and supporting the team throughout the implementation process
• Delivering the project on time and at the right quality before the end of May 2027

_{Your qualities}

You are a strong and experienced professional with:

• At least 5 years of experience in UK payroll and/or implementation management
• Hands-on experience with Staffology or other UK native payroll software
• Deep knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax rules and compliance requirements
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team
• Experience working in international and project-driven environments
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Available to start by November 2026 at the latest
