TPS Group specializes in the mediation of professionals in the field of Payroll Administration. For permanent or temporary jobs. We are located in Hoofddorp and are registered in the Trade Register of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 66872154.

●TPS Group also processes personal data if we are legally required to do so.

What personal information do we collect?
TPS Group collects and processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

How long do we keep personal information?
We do not retain personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. This means that your personal data are kept as long as they are needed to achieve the goals in question. Personal data will be deleted at the request of the person concerned.
Sharing personal data with third parties
TPS Group may disclose personal data to third parties. Disclosure to third parties may occur in the following circumstances:
1.We will disclose personal data to our clients when necessary and appropriate in connection with the provision of employment services. This is always after approval by the candidate.
2.We may disclose personal information to companies and individuals we use to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Those functions include hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing legal data, salary processor or payroll organization, accounting and marketing services. Upon your request, we may provide you with further information about these companies/persons.
3.To the extent necessary or appropriate, we may disclose information to government agencies, consultants and other third parties to comply with applicable laws.
Rights regarding your personal data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by TPS Group and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to admin@tps-group.nl.
To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. We would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Authority for Personal Data. You can do so via the following link.
How we secure personal data
TPS Group takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
