Our Young Professionals follow a training program at Tilstra Services during their employment. They start with a comprehensive onboarding program that prepares them to work as a Young Professional Payroll. Subsequently, they are employed by a client through a secondment construction. During this period they develop their knowledge, skills and craftsmanship while helping their client move forward. As a client, you benefit from their efforts, while we continue to support and coach them through our buddy program.
