Tilstra Services was founded in 2008 to support organizations in their and core processes surrounding payroll in order to help them achieve their goals. What once began as a one-man business has grown over the past 6 years into a large team of professionals. 

Since 2020/2021, Tilstra Services' services have expanded to include HR services and from 2024, Finance services. Now we offer the unique triangle concept, connecting departments seamlessly. 

By doing good work, building a strong network, we continue to grow. Our mission is to be a fully integrated service provider within the HR, payroll and finance triangle. We believe in customization: whether it's administrative support, consultancy or project management, we complement where needed.

In the next five to ten years, we want to be able to fully serve the entire triangle of HR, payroll and finance. Whether it is support in administration, consultancy or project management - we are ready to help companies achieve their ambitions.
