Introduction:
My name is Madelief Oosterloo, I am 25 years old and studied Hotel and Event Management at Tio Business School. During my studies I gained broad knowledge about management, with a focus on the hotel and event industry.
During and after finishing my bachelor I worked as a reservations agent within a hotel chain where we were responsible for the reservations of 16 hotels in the Benelux. After that I worked as a junior event manager for business events where, together with a small team, I was responsible for organizing knowledge events within the real estate sector.
Although I enjoyed these positions, I noticed that I was still looking for something that really suited me.
"At my first meeting, I immediately felt welcome," he said.
The road to Tilstra Services:
I came to Tilstra Services through a PTA analysis that identified my profile and interests. After an invitation for an interview, I discovered which positions would suit me and decided to take the plunge. At my first meeting, I immediately felt welcome. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere of my colleagues made a positive impression. The guidance I received was very practical; I was guided through doing and could always turn to my colleagues for questions. Sample videos and manuals were available, allowing me to quickly get started on my own.
